Co-constructive Tools

 A fourth tool that we have learnt is co-constructive tools. It is an applications that supports the construction of knowledge through a shared understanding (collaboratively consolidate the ideas)   Examples are;   Google docs (docs.google.com) , electronic whiteboard, Blogs and wikis , discussion forum on portals (pce.edu.bt), etc. eg: 1.Blog and Wikis                2. electronic whiteboard   Some of the importance of Co-constructive tools that we have learned are: Co-edit , Communicate database, texts & graphics , Enhance collaborative learning environment, high-level cognitive processes – explanation, problem-finding, problem solving , active & intentional learning , identifying & developing expertise. Constructive Tools

         A third tool that we have learned is Constructive tool . Constructive tools are general-purpose tools that can be used for manipulating information, constructing one’s own knowledge or visualizing one’s understanding. The term ‘constructive’ stems from the fact that these tools enable students to produce a certain tangible product for a given instructional purpose. For example, web authoring applications allow students to create their own web pages and communicate their ideas to the world.
